The selected carrots are soaked and cleaned in a flowing clear water tank. Mechanical pelleting. The treated carrots are rinsed once with fresh water, and then evenly fed into the cutting machine for pelleting. During the pelleting operation, the blades should be kept sharp, and the spacing of the blades should be constantly tested and adjusted to prevent graininess and particle size changes. 3. Hot boiled with sugar. The purpose of hot cooking is to make the raw material bright color, soft tissue, eliminate odor, prevent browning. Put the carrot pellets into boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes, remove and drain, and mix the glucose powder evenly to increase the color and sweetness of the finished product. Sugar content is 6% to 8% of fresh ingredients. 4. Dehydrated and dried. The sugar-dried carrots are spread evenly in a baking tray and dried at a temperature of 65-75°C for about 6-7 hours. When the moisture content of the dried product is less than 8%, it is moved to the room and cooled to room temperature. Immediately, it is packed in a plastic bag and the bag is tightly closed. 5. Sorting packaging. After the dry products are sorted and impurities and defective products are removed, they are graded according to the standard. The packing box adopts an export carton with a built-in double plastic bag with a film thickness of less than 0.08 mm. After the finished product is sorted and measured, it is packed in a plastic bag inside the bag and sealed. Each net weight 25 kg. Storage temperature should be less than 14°C.
